  Remove my review as many times as you like I will keep sharing to let others know your staff leave young children unattended. There was no reason the staff member who was supposed to be supervising my child had to leave the room as there were others on duty outside. Not to mention the multiple other children I seen unattended in the room and how you prioritise money.

  BEWARE Frogtastic Educational Kindergarten and Childcare / Bundaberg !! Im at the hospital with my autistic son who has a sweltering bruise on his head, drowsy, maybe a concussion. I called the daycare to find out what happened, they said they would call me back! 40 MINUTES LATER AND IM WITH THE AMBULANCE! They cut all phone lines so we can't call the daycare centre. Then refuse the ambulance details of what happened to my son!! Don't take special needs kids here. In fact dont take any child here. They even had the hide to say they can only send the information to the kids father who is at work and cant answer his phone!!

  I worked at frogtastic for 7 months in which time i was paid no superannuation. I believe from talking to other employees some who still work there that this has been brought up with the management time and time again and is never rectified I reported them to the ATO who have checked and agreed that frogtastic owe me $600. I have just checked my super account and i see that Frogtastic are very kindly paying it off @ 13.74 per month !!! I will get my money back, even if it takes years, however my concern is how many thousands of dollars does this woman owe people for superannuation ? and why does she think she doesn't need to pay it for her employees ? If you are an employee, check your super account and speak to the management about it. If you are an ex employee also check it and report them to the ATO. The staff work very hard at frogtastic and deserve to be treated much better than this.
